Plans and billing

What your plan includes, what happens at a limit, and how to upgrade or cancel.

What your plan includes#

Your plan sets how much you can create: products, active licenses, API keys, webhook endpoints, storefront integrations, and team members. The plan card in Settings shows your usage against each limit.

At a limit#

Creating more of that item fails with plan_limit_reached. Nothing you already have stops working, and your customers' apps keep validating. Archive or revoke what you no longer need, or upgrade.

Upgrade, change, or cancel#

  1. In Settings, select Upgrade plan on the plan card. Only owners can change the plan. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout, and the plan changes as soon as Stripe confirms.
  2. Already subscribed? Select Change plan. You see what an upgrade costs today (the difference for the rest of the billing period) before you confirm, and new limits apply straight away. A downgrade credits unused time to your next invoice.
  3. For invoices, your card, or to cancel, select Invoices & payment. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to the free plan.

Taxes and invoices#

Prices exclude tax. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and every invoice is in Invoices & payment.
